Why We Elderberry!

Why we make & use Elderberry Syrup. Our homemade recipe for Elderberry Syrup uses homemade concentrate with synergistic herbs like cinnamon, ginger & cloves, plus local raw honey for an extra immune boost.

Most Elderberry Syrup sells for $10-$15 for 4-8 ounces. At Birdie’s Nest you get 32 ounces for $25. And we make it ourselves right here in our kitchen.

Elderberry Syrup provides the concentrated immune-supporting benefits of black elderberries in a great tasting way!

- it enhances our immune systems by boosting the production of cytokines

- helps relieve nasal congestion

- anti-inflammatory

- anti viral

- treats respiratory illnesses such as cold & flu

- high in vitamins A, B, C & potassium

- and sooo much more

Facts about our Elderberry Syrup

Our Elderberries are 100% organic and from the Alps! Did you know elderberry is high in vitamin C and other important nutrients like vitamin A, potassium, iron, B6, fiber, and beta-carotene.

Our honey is raw honey from a local farm. Local Raw Honey is key!!! Did you know honey from the area you live in actually helps with seasonal allergies!

We use organic fair trade grated ginger, cinnamon & cloves.

We also add essential oils to our Elderberry Syrup and allow our customers the option to do so too.

It’s our extra line of defense this fall & winter.
